For travelers who are physically handicapped

Unless otherwise specified, our buses cannot accommodate wheelchairs in the passenger cabin.
(*Except for busses equipped with wheelchair lifts)
Wheelchairs must be folded and placed in the luggage bay. Please ask the bus operator for assistance.
Wheelchair users must be accompanied by an individual who can help the user board the bus.

Individuals with physical disability or rehabilitation certificates will receive a 50% discount on normal passenger fares. Present a physical disability certificate or rehabilitation certificate when purchasing a ticket or paying a fare.
* Since March 1, 2024, we have accepted the Mirairo ID digital disability certificate app as an alternative to the disability certificate.

The Mirairo ID is guaranteed to be accepted only on buses operated by Hokkaido Chuo Bus. It may not be accepted for buses operated by other companies or buses operated jointly with other companies.
