On-board etiquette
We are grateful for your cooperation and understanding in making it possible to offer comfortable and trouble-free transport to all passengers.
Please fasten your seat belt when on board the bus.
- A law established June 1, 2008, requires passengers to fasten their seat belts when the bus is underway on a highway. We are grateful for your understanding and cooperation.
Please refrain from smoking on the bus and near bus stops.
- No smoking is permitted on the bus or near bus stops. We are grateful for your cooperation in preventing passive smoking.
Before reclining your seat, please turn and inform the person behind.
- Please be considerate and recline the seat only after informing the passenger behind you.
Please do not occupy a seat with luggage.
- To allow us to seat as many passengers as possible, we ask that passengers refrain from placing luggage on an empty seat.
- Preschool-aged children (children requiring no tickets or fares) should sit on the knees of their parents.
Please be quiet while on board.
- Please be sure to keep your voice as well as the volume of your headphones low to avoid becoming a nuisance to other passengers.
Please turn off mobile phones.
- Please mute any mobile devices and refrain from taking calls when on board.
