*If you still wish to change your bus, inform the staff at a ticket counter. You will be charged a 100 yen handling fee, plus any difference in fare.
Early Discount
・For the early discount, reservations and payment must be completed at least 30 days in advance for S, A, and B fares, and 21 days in advance for C fares.
*Please note that if you are booking an early-bird discount, advance reservations cannot be made by phone. Please book online or visit our ticket counter in person to complete your reservation and pay on the day of your visit.
*If payment for an early discount seat is not completed by the payment deadline, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
*Early discount seats are limited and may sell out even during the early discount period.
*If an early discount ticket is canceled up to 12 days before the boarding date, a refund fee of 100 yen will be subtracted from your refund. From 11 days before the boarding date until the departure time, a refund fee of 20% of the early discount fare will be subtracted from the refund.

Large luggage articles will be stored in the luggage bay. Please note that the operating company is not responsible for loss or theft of or damage to luggage placed in the luggage bay. Passengers seeking to take advantage of the student or disability discounts must present valid identification (student ID, Physical Disability Certificate, or Rehabilitation Certificate) to the driver when boarding the bus. *From March 1, 2024, the Mirairo ID digitalized disability certificate app will be accepted in place of the disability certificate.
